Deveron Corp. Completes $1.6M Private Placement

Deveron UAS (TSE:FARM) has released an update.

Deveron Corp., a North American agriculture services and data firm, has successfully completed the initial portion of its private placement, generating $1.6 million by issuing over 22 million units. This capital raise will bolster general working capital and assist in partially repaying certain promissory notes.
