Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft announced favorable outcomes at their General Meeting 2024, with key proposals such as the appropriation of profits for the 2023 financial year and the ratification of management acts receiving overwhelming shareholder approval. Over 99% voted to approve the profit appropriation, and upwards of 97% endorsed the management acts of both Christian Sewing and James von Moltke, reflecting strong shareholder confidence.
