Deterra Royalties Ltd (AU:DRR) has released an update.
Deterra Royalties Ltd has received court approval for its acquisition of Trident Royalties, with the Scheme of Arrangement set to become effective on September 2, 2024. Trident shareholders have already voted in favor of the acquisition, which will see Deterra’s wholly owned subsidiary acquire all issued and to-be-issued shares of Trident. The final dealings of Trident Shares will occur on August 30, 2024, before their suspension and subsequent delisting from AIM on September 3, 2024.
