Deswell Industries, Inc. announces its annual shareholders meeting set for November 12, 2024, where elections for the Board of Directors and the ratification of the company’s accountants will be key agenda items. Shareholders as of September 16, 2024, are eligible to vote and are urged to return their proxy cards to participate in the governance of the company. The company has made its Annual Report available and will reimburse custodians for the cost of sending proxy materials to shareholders.
