The latest update is out from DESTINATION ITALIA S.P.A. ( (IT:DIT) ).
Destination Italia’s shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements, which showed revenues rising 20% to €63.1 million and value of production up 20% to €69.2 million, driven by B2B, B2C and luxury segments in North America and Western Europe. EBITDA more than doubled to €2.0 million and the margin improved for the seventh year, but higher amortisation from sustained technology and market expansion investments kept EBIT and net profit negative and pushed net financial debt to €17.5 million.
The meeting also approved the separate 2025 accounts of the parent company, which reported a net loss of about €2.0 million to be fully carried forward, and confirmed a strategy focused on consolidating recent investments and boosting operational efficiency in 2026. Shareholders appointed a new five-member Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 period, drawn from a list proposed by major shareholder Lensed Star S.r.l., reinforcing governance as the group navigates a consolidating and volatile tourism market.
The most recent analyst rating on (IT:DIT) stock is a Hold with a EUR0.60 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on DESTINATION ITALIA S.P.A. stock, see the IT:DIT Stock Forecast page.
