Deson Development International Holdings Limited announced the unanimous approval of their proposed resolution at the Special General Meeting on August 27, 2024, with all shareholder votes cast in favor. The resolution pertains to ratifying eight lease agreements and their supplemental agreements, which were detailed in the company’s circular dated July 17, 2024. The Directors of the company, as well as representatives from their share registrar, Tricor Tengis Limited, were present to oversee the proceedings.
