Design Capital Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Michelle Chung as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective 27 September 2024, to seek new opportunities. Ms. Chung left on good terms, with no issues for shareholders’ concern. Ms. Yu Hong Yee will take over the roles, bringing her 19 years of legal experience to the position.
