Desert Minerals Ltd. ( (AU:DSM) ) has issued an announcement.
During the quarter ended 31 December 2025, Desert Minerals completed a A$5.0 million initial public offering and listed on the ASX, leaving it with approximately A$4.1 million in cash to fund exploration of its Mt Monger gold and Scotty lithium projects. The company refined drill targets and advanced preparations for Q1 2026 drilling at Mt Monger, where the Providence Prospect hosts an inferred JORC 2012 mineral resource of 204,700 tonnes at 2.5 g/t gold for 16,400 ounces with mineralisation remaining open and supported by high-grade historical intercepts. At the Scotty Lithium Project in Nevada, Desert Minerals progressed permitting and planning for systematic drilling against a large JORC 2012 exploration target of 460–837 million tonnes grading 1,145–1,175 ppm lithium, positioning the project as a key growth asset as the company moves toward maiden resource estimates and seeks to strengthen its standing in both the gold and lithium sectors.
