Desert Gold Ventures Inc. is poised to raise up to CAD $700,000 through a non-brokered private placement, pricing units at CAD $0.07 each, to fund a Preliminary Economic Assessment of their Barani East and Gourbassi West gold deposits. With significant interest already shown, the company may increase the size of the offering. The financing will target the extraction of gold from identified mineral resources in the company’s extensive Mali gold project.
