Derwent London Set for Share Listing Expansion

Derwent London plc REIT (GB:DLN) has released an update.

Derwent London plc has announced a block listing application for 225,000 ordinary shares to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange, to be admitted to the Official List. The shares, part of employee share schemes, are set to be issued and rank equally with existing ordinary shares, with admission expected on May 9, 2024.
