Derwent London Set for New Share Listing

Derwent London plc REIT (GB:DLN) has released an update.

Derwent London plc has announced a block listing application for 200,000 ordinary shares, which is expected to be admitted to the Official List on the 28th of August 2024. These new shares, related to the company’s Employee Share Option Plan and Performance Share Plan, will be on equal footing with the current ordinary shares post-issuance.
