Derwent London PLC, a real estate investment trust, has announced the grant of options over 14,095 ordinary shares at £19.00 each to its employees under the Sharesave Plan, with a three-year contract starting on 1 November 2024. The options, which are exercisable from November 2027, do not carry any performance conditions. Among those granted options is Chief Financial Officer Damian M. A. Wisniewski, who received 244 options.
