Derwent London plc has issued a notification regarding the purchase of company shares by one of its directors, Rob Wilkinson. The transaction involved the acquisition of 1,500 ordinary shares at a price of £23.182173 each, taking place on the London Stock Exchange. This initial notification is in line with the EU Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
