DEOLEO S.A. has announced a leadership restructure, with Mr. Ignacio Silva Alcalde set to relinquish his CEO role while maintaining his position as non-executive Chairman. Mr. Cristóbal Valdés Guinea, with a distinguished background in international business, will take over as the new CEO.
