Denarius Metals Corp (TSE:DMET) has released an update.

Denarius Metals Corp. announces the progress of its up to CA$20 million private placement of gold-linked convertible debenture units, which will close around May 23, 2024. The offering, led by Red Cloud Securities Inc., includes a change in conversion and warrant exercise price to CA$0.60 per share due to market conditions. Each unit includes a 12% per annum gold-linked debenture and common share purchase warrants with a potential gold premium payout.
