Denarius Metals Corp. successfully concluded its Annual General and Special Meeting, with a solid 55.06% of outstanding shares represented. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved all resolutions, including the election of six directors, the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditors, and amendments to the stock option plan. Additionally, they endorsed the creation of new Control Persons, namely Serafino Iacono, Aris Mining Corporation, and WS Ruffer Gold Fund.
