Denarius Metals Set to Acquire Spanish Toral Project

Denarius Metals Corp has signed an LOI to acquire 100% of Europa Metals Iberia S.L., which holds the Toral Zn-Pb-Ag Project in Northern Spain, with the transaction expected to close by October 31, 2024. This move aligns with the company’s vision to produce low-carbon metals in the EU, supporting climate transition. The acquisition will enhance Denarius Metals’ liquidity and provide greater flexibility in developing its Spanish projects.
