Denarius Metals Corp has secured approval from debenture holders to amend the terms of its convertible unsecured debentures, affecting their payment schedules and maturity dates. The amendments, which delay certain payments and extend maturity dates by one year, received overwhelming support from holders. As a result, consenting debenture holders will receive additional debentures as a consent fee.
