Delta Resources Modifies Band-Ore Gold Deal

Delta Resources (TSE:DLTA) has released an update.

Delta Resources Limited has revised its option agreement with Golden Share Resources, setting a fixed minimum share price of $0.075 to limit the maximum shares issued at 9.3 million, following regulatory input from the TSX Venture Exchange. This amendment relates to Delta’s acquisition of exclusive rights to the Band-Ore property near Thunder Bay, Ontario, which boasts two historic high-grade gold resources. The adjustment ensures a more predictable and controlled transaction framework for the potentially lucrative Band-Ore project.
