Delta Corp Limited has announced a postal ballot to seek approval from its members for the re-appointment of Mr. Chetan Desai as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, starting from August 17, 2025. This decision, which includes the continuation of his appointment beyond the age of 75, is part of the company’s strategic governance efforts and requires a special resolution through remote e-voting.
