Delta CleanTech Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, securing $388,000 by issuing 19.4 million units at $0.02 each, with plans to finalize a second tranche for an additional $212,000. The proceeds are earmarked for working capital to support Delta’s efforts in carbon mitigation and CO2 capture technology. Post-placement, the company’s total issued common shares and warrants will significantly increase, reflecting its growth strategy.
