Delfi Limited Introduces New Voting System at AGM

Delfi (SG:P34) has released an update.

During the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) held by Delfi Limited, shareholders were introduced to the new wireless handheld voting system in compliance with the SGX-ST Listing Manual’s Rule 730A. The meeting, conducted at the Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, was chaired by CEO John Chuang Tiong Choon on behalf of Chairman Pedro Mata-Bruckmann, who attended remotely. Additionally, changes in the Board of Directors were announced to take effect after the AGM.
