Delfi Limited has announced the upcoming appointments of Mr. Chin Koon Yew and Mdm Lim Seok Bee as Independent Directors, effective from October 1, 2024. Mr. Chin, with a distinguished career in finance within the cocoa and confectionery industry, will also chair the Risk Management Committee and join the Audit and Nominating Committees. Mdm Lim brings over 40 years of experience to the Board, with expertise in quality assurance for the same industry, and will serve on the Nominating, Remuneration, and Sustainability Committees.
