Defiance Silver Completes Multi-Million Financing

Defiance Silver (TSE:DEF) has released an update.

Defiance Silver Corp. successfully completed the final phase of its private placement financing, raising a total of C$3.22 million through the sale of over 16 million units. The proceeds will be used for exploration and general working capital. Each unit sold includes a common share and a half-warrant, which allows the holder to purchase additional shares at a set price within two years.
