Defense Metals Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement offering aimed at raising C$2.0 million through the sale of 12.5 million units. This strategic financial move is backed by significant investment from the company’s Executive Chairman and participation by other management members. The funds are earmarked for advancing the pre-feasibility study of the Wicheeda Rare Earth Elements Project and for general corporate expenses.
