Defense Metals Corp. has enhanced its Board of Directors by appointing finance veteran Guy de Selliers, following the departure of Dr. William H. Bird, who will continue advising on rare earth elements. De Selliers’ rich background includes senior roles at the World Bank, Lehman Brothers, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, contributing extensive international business and finance experience to the company’s governance. The company also issued 800,000 stock options as part of its incentive plan, with de Selliers expressing confidence in the potential of Defense Metals’ Wicheeda REE project.
