Defense Metals Corp. has announced the immediate resignations of CEO Craig Taylor and Director Len Clough. Executive Chairman Guy de Selliers will temporarily lead the company, with a new CEO search underway, as it nears completion of a pre-feasibility study for the Wicheeda Rare Earth Element Project. The company has also expressed appreciation for the departed leaders’ contributions and is preparing for a smooth leadership transition.
