DeepRock Minerals Inc. has received overwhelming approval from its shareholders for a major corporate restructuring, which includes a spin-off of its assets and a reverse takeover by Allied Critical Metals Corp. The successful vote sets the stage for final approvals and the completion of the transaction, subject to conditions including acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
