DeepRock Minerals Inc. has revised its option agreements for the Golden Gate Project, expediting the earn-in process for the Falls Grid and Lugar properties without additional exploration expenditures. Share issuance and fixed cash payments will fulfill the earn-in requirements, while the original optionors retain Net Smelter Returns royalties. The acquisitions strengthen DeepRock’s asset base in the promising Bathurst Mining Camp, with the deals set to close by the end of April 2024.
