DeepMarkit Corp. has announced an update regarding its proposed acquisition of Prospect Prediction Markets Inc. and a concurrent private placement of common shares. The TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally accepted the acquisition, and trading of DeepMarkit’s shares will resume on October 22, 2025. The company is working to finalize the acquisition and private placement, which remain subject to exchange approval, and plans to release further details in the future.
