DeepMarkit Corp. has successfully completed the second tranche of its private placement, raising $70,000 through the issuance of 700,000 units at $0.10 each, which includes common shares and warrants. The funds are earmarked for general working capital, with the placement awaiting final regulatory approvals. An error in the initial announcement concerning the number of broker warrants was corrected, stating the accurate issuance of 42,000 broker warrants.
