DeepMarkit Corp. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $247,589.88 through the issuance of over 4 million units at $0.06 each, which include common shares and warrants. The funds are earmarked for general working capital, with all securities issued under a four-month hold period pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
