Decade Resources Completes Funding Tranche

Decade Resources (TSE:DEC) has released an update.

Decade Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the first tranche of its flow-through private placement, raising a total of $481,000 through the issuance of 9.62 million units. The company’s directors participated, purchasing $250,000 of the units, and these funds will be directed towards exploration expenditures on their British Columbia properties. All issued securities will be held for a four-month statutory period.
