Decade Resources Announces $900K Private Placement

Decade Resources (TSE:DEC) has released an update.

Decade Resources Ltd. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $900,000 through the sale of 30 million units at $0.03 each, with additional share purchase warrants. The proceeds are primarily intended for general working capital and potentially more than 10% may fund exploration of its British Columbia properties. The placement is subject to regulatory approval and includes customary finder’s fees.
