De.mem Limited has disclosed a significant change in the holdings of Director Andreas Hendrik De Wit, who acquired 2,000,000 additional shares at $0.10 each, following shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting. This transaction has increased De Wit’s indirect interest in the company to 16,222,387 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, maintaining his direct holdings of 500,000 Unlisted Options and 5,555,555 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares.
