Mr. De Wit, who has extensive international board and leadership experience, previously served as CEO of Asia Pacific for Fresenius Medical Care. His strategic and capital markets experience, along with his significant shareholding in De.mem, positions him to lead the company’s next phase of global expansion. The board also appointed Michael Edwards as the lead independent director, who has been instrumental in De.mem’s ASX listing and expansion efforts.
