De.mem Ltd. (AU:DEM) has released an update.
De.mem Limited has announced that director Mr. Cosimo Trimigliozzi has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 500,000 shares at $0.10 each, following shareholder approval at a recent Extraordinary General Meeting. After the transaction, Trimigliozzi’s total indirect holdings in De.mem amount to 1,865,902 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, with an additional 750,000 unlisted options still held directly. The purchase did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
