De La Rue PLC has announced a significant change in share ownership following Spreadex LTD’s acquisition or disposal of financial instruments, which altered their total voting rights to 7.9189%. The transaction crossed the notification threshold on July 30, 2024, and De La Rue was informed the next day. Spreadex, an FCA regulated firm, now holds over 15 million voting rights in the company.
