De La Rue Executives’ Shares Automatically Vest

De La Rue (GB:DLAR) has released an update.

De La Rue PLC has announced the automatic vesting and subsequent sale of shares awarded to executive directors Clive Vacher and Ruth Euling under the company’s Deferred Bonus Plan. The transactions included withholding a portion of shares to cover income tax, national insurance, and associated costs, with the remaining shares being retained by the directors. Following these transactions, Vacher and Euling’s total holdings in the company’s shares have been updated to reflect the changes.
