De La Rue Executives Granted Deferred Shares

De La Rue (GB:DLAR) has released an update.

De La Rue PLC has announced the grant of deferred bonus plan awards to two executive directors, Clive Vacher and Ruth Euling, reflecting 40% of their annual bonuses from the previous fiscal year. The bonuses will vest over two years, with the first half vesting on the first anniversary of the award date and the second half on the second anniversary, all to be settled in company shares. The quantity of shares awarded was based on the average closing market price leading up to the grant date.
