Dolphin Capital Investors ( (GB:DCI) ) has provided an announcement.

DCI Advisors Ltd, a global real estate investment company, has called its 2026 Annual General Meeting for 26 May, with the notice sent to shareholders and made available on its website. The AGM will review the audited report and accounts for the eighteen-month period to 30 June 2025 and seek shareholder approval for the continued engagement of Grant Thornton as the company’s auditors.

Shareholders will also vote on the reappointment of directors Nicolai Huls, Nick Paris and Nikiforos Charagkionis, as well as the proposed appointment of Oliver Corlette as a new director, subject to due diligence. In addition, the board is asking investors to renew the company’s share buyback authority, a move that underscores ongoing efforts to manage capital structure and potentially enhance value for existing shareholders.

Spark’s Take on DCI Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, DCI is a Neutral.

The score is held back primarily by weak and volatile profitability (recurring losses and declining 2025 revenue), despite improved 2025 cash generation and a stronger balance sheet with reduced debt. Technically, the stock remains in a downtrend (price below key moving averages with negative MACD), and valuation is difficult to support due to negative earnings and no dividend yield data.
