DCI Advisors Ltd, a company engaged in an undisclosed industry, has postponed its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to 15 August 2025. The delay is due to ongoing investigations related to the appointment of Mr. Martin Adams as a director, initiated by Almitas Capital LLC.
