DCC plc has reported that both its CEO, Donal Murphy, and CFO, Kevin Lucey, have transferred ordinary shares from DCC plc’s deferred bonus arrangement into their personal accounts. The transactions occurred on the London Stock Exchange with Murphy acquiring 3,377 shares and Lucey 1,035 shares, both at a price of £62.47 per share. These movements in share ownership are part of the company’s compensation arrangements and reflect the ongoing financial activities of DCC’s management.
