DaVita Welcomes New Board Member and Committee Participant

An announcement from DaVita (DVA) is now available.

DaVita Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, adding Dennis W. Pullin as the eleventh member starting April 10, 2024. Pullin will also join the Compliance and Quality Committee and receive the same compensation package as his fellow non-employee directors, following the company’s established policy detailed in an SEC filing last year. His appointment comes with a standard indemnification agreement, consistent with company practice.
