Davis Commodities Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Boon Chay Lim from its Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective August 1, 2024. There was no disagreement with the company cited for his departure. The Board has appointed Mr. Rui Wang as an independent director and chairperson of the nominating and corporate governance committee, filling the vacancy left by Mr. Lim. Mr. Wang is a seasoned attorney with expertise in various legal domains and meets the independence requirements of Nasdaq and the SEC.
