David Mason Acquires Major Stake in NewPeak Metals

NewPeak Metals Ltd. (AU:NPM) has released an update.

David Mason has become a substantial holder in NewPeak Metals Ltd., now wielding a 12.78% voting power with 33,782,797 fully paid ordinary shares. The acquisition includes both direct holdings and through control of Rothstein Pty Ltd, with shares purchased at a rate of $0.015 each. The accumulation of these shares follows a recent Entitlement Offer and shareholder approval.
