daVictus ( (GB:DVT) ) has issued an update.
DaVictus plc reported unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2025 that reflect its ongoing strategic pivot from a franchise-focused food and beverage model to a diversified consultancy business. The group delivered a net profit of £12,871 on revenue of £137,500, supported by recurring consultancy and franchise fees, and maintained a debt-free balance sheet with cash of £12,289 after planned business development spending. Management highlighted encouraging market receptivity to its expanded advisory offerings, including new mandates in business consulting and the data centre sector, and signalled a move further away from restaurant management as it builds a more resilient, multi-sector consulting platform. While key risks such as economic volatility in Southeast Asia, currency fluctuations and competitive pressures remain unchanged, the board said it is managing resources prudently, investing selectively in talent and digital tools, and expects an improved performance in the second half of 2025 as it deepens client relationships and grows recurring engagements.
