daVictus ( (GB:DVT) ) has issued an announcement.
daVictus plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced a delay in the publication of its 2024 Annual Report, now expected by 30 November 2025, due to a change in auditors. The previous auditors, Johnsons Chartered Accountants, resigned citing unforeseen circumstances, and PKF Littlejohn LLP has been appointed as the new auditor. This delay has also affected the interim financial statement for the period ended 30 June 2025. Consequently, the company’s shares remain temporarily suspended, with plans to apply for the suspension to be lifted following the publication of the pending financial reports.
