Dateline Resources Limited has announced the closure of its Shortfall Offer after securing additional funds through a Follow-on Placement, resulting in a total of $6,222,798 raised, which will finance exploration and studies at the Colosseum Gold and Rare Earths Project, reduce debt, and bolster general working capital. The newly issued shares and options will expand the company’s capital structure, with the new options to be listed on ASX under the code DTRO.
