Dateline Resources has launched an aggressive exploration program at its newly acquired Music Valley heavy rare earths project in Riverside County, California, aiming to rapidly assess its potential as a strategic source of critical minerals for the United States. The initiative underscores the company’s intent to expand beyond gold into key rare earth supply chains amid heightened demand for secure domestic sources.

The company has contracted Precision GeoSurveys to run a 2,172 line kilometre low-level helicopter magnetic and radiometric survey over Music Valley and adjacent prospective ground, with data expected within weeks of completion. In parallel, a specialist team including rare earth expert Tony Mariano Jr and structural geologist Dr Russell Mason will conduct detailed mapping and rock chip sampling, targeting outcropping Pinto Gneiss to build a geological model and define priority zones for follow-up work.
